New Studio

New Studio

Having just moved back to my home town of Buxton I've been looking for somewhere I can set up a studio to finish this years portfolio. Thankfully my parents' garage is the perfect size so I'll be spending the next little while refurbishing it to suit my needs. Lots of junk to move and some cleaning, organising and re-decorating to do before it's useable, but it's a good sized space so I'm rather excited.

All this means a pause between painting stints though, which is a bit annoying. But it is giving me time to replenish both my materials stock and my creative energy, before settling in for a winter of still life painting in my cold new studio.
